We are seeking motivated, business-minded leaders to partner with us as Regional Manager in selected regions nationwide.

    As an appointed Regional Manager, you will operate as a Covision associate, responsible for:

    1. Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery (Primary
      Focus)
    2.  Branch & Funeral Home Performance
    3. Operational Excellence
    4.  Insurance Collections & Persistency
    5.  Team Leadership & Recruitment
    6.  Regional Management & Execution
    7. Insurance, Wealth & Funeral Services

    This opportunity suits individuals with strong leadership qualities, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for community-based service.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
    2. Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in:
    3.  Insurance sales leadership
    4. Funeral industry or branch network management (Advantage)
    5.  Wealth / investment product distribution
    6.  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
